About the role
- Define and execute the global Developer Relations and Community strategy aligned with OutSystems’ business objectives, product roadmap, and go-to-market motions.
- Lead, scale, and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed DevRel and Community organization.
- Act as the executive voice of the developer community.
- Establish clear success metrics for developer engagement, activation, retention, and advocacy.
- Own the growth, health, and engagement of the global OutSystems developer community.
- Scale community programs for different developer personas and maturity stages.
- Build partnerships with external entities (system integrations, universities, partners, etc.) who can help grow or improve the OutSystems developer community.
- Foster advocacy, recognition, and belonging within the community.
- Drive an exceptional end-to-end developer experience across onboarding, learning, documentation, and tooling.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Developer Relations, Community, or related roles.
- Proven track record scaling global developer communities.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software platforms and development practices.
- Experience influencing product direction.
- Experience leading global teams.
