Requirements

  • 5+ years experience leading a quota-carrying, closing sales team
  • Proven ability to coach, attract, and retain amazing sales talent
  • Track record of consistently exceeding established goals
  • Experience closing large deals with complex sales cycles on complex large Enterprise Accounts
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • A love for the startup environment
  • A Bachelor's Degree
