About the role
- Define and execute the global strategy for the Solutions Team
- Lead a globally distributed team of Solution Architects, Developers, and AI/ML Engineers
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of solution development
- Drive the creation of standardized Solutions Blueprint
- Partner closely with Product Management to influence platform roadmaps
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
- Expertise in designing, building, and deploying AI Agents
- Deep experience in enterprise application building
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
