About the role

  • Strategic Financial Advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Sales funnel.
  • Build financial models to evaluate sales and marketing initiatives, ROI on campaigns, and customer lifetime value.
  • Leverage expertise in subscription / SaaS businesses to improve ARR analysis and modeling.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to drive global quota capacity planning across roles and regions based on sales productivity metrics.
  • Steer the GTM strategy by delivering actionable financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational rigor.
  • Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other executive-level reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in finance or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and financial planning.
  • Analytical skills: Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.
  • Finance minded with strong operational focus to drive process, systems, and execution in a scalable and repeatable way.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, including simplifying and distilling complex business information into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning Software, Salesforce, Xactly, and Clari.
