About the role
- Strategic Financial Advisor to the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Sales funnel.
- Build financial models to evaluate sales and marketing initiatives, ROI on campaigns, and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage expertise in subscription / SaaS businesses to improve ARR analysis and modeling.
- Partner with Sales Operations to drive global quota capacity planning across roles and regions based on sales productivity metrics.
- Steer the GTM strategy by delivering actionable financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive revenue growth.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive operational rigor.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and other executive-level reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in finance or sales operations, preferably in a SaaS company.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and financial planning.
- Analytical skills: Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, and SaaS metrics.
- Finance minded with strong operational focus to drive process, systems, and execution in a scalable and repeatable way.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, including simplifying and distilling complex business information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Planning Software, Salesforce, Xactly, and Clari.
