About the role

  • Assist with Auto Insurance (preferably Florida) and Home Insurance transactions, including new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
  • Work directly with the insurance companies we partner with, ensuring accurate communication and processing of policy changes.
  • Handle client inquiries regarding policies, coverage, deductibles, premiums, and benefits.
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, collect necessary information, and provide accurate guidance.
  • Follow established procedures when the answer is unknown, including escalating or following up with the appropriate department.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support, including processing payments, sending emails, and handling follow-ups with clients and carriers.
  • Support insurance agents and adjusters with client intake and claims documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong plus.

Requirements

  • Bilingual English & Spanish (required); additional languages highly preferred.
  • Experience with Auto Insurance (Florida experience preferred); Home Insurance knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with insurance carriers, procedures, and transactions.
  • Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle client calls with professionalism and confidence.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient with office tools, email, and insurance platforms (e.g., EZLynx, NowCerts, Applied, or similar).
