About the role
- Use existing Sketchup models to provide additional detail on architectural plans for construction drawings
- Create elevations for each space with carefully checked measurements for electrical, plumbing etc.
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations (3D mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant
- Documentation and record-keeping
- Communication and vendor management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of experience in related field
- Expert in Sketchup 3D Program
- Strong knowledge of interior design or construction
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute
- Clear communication, fact-checking, and providing any insights on projects is a must
