About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical development and implementation of enterprise solutions with focus on RPA and digital transformation initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development team members

Requirements
What you’ll need- Min 5-8+ years experience as a Senior Developer
- Strong expertise in UiPath development and enterprise process automation solutions
- Advanced programming skills in .NET, Python and related technologies
- Experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proven track record of delivering complex enterprise solutions
- Expertise in code optimisation and performance tuning
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies (desired)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Agile/Scrum certification.
