About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creative direction for marketing campaigns, client projects, and brand initiatives.
- Develop and maintain high design standards across all creative output, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Mentor, coach, and provide creative leadership to the existing design team, fostering growth and continuous improvement.
- Review, refine, and approve creative work produced by junior designers, providing constructive feedback and direction.
- Develop branding concepts, visual identities, logos, brand guidelines, and comprehensive design systems.
- Design high-quality marketing collateral, digital advertising, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, presentations, and social media assets.
- Translate marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling creative concepts across both static and motion formats.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, development, and account management teams to deliver integrated creative solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative processes, workflows, and overall team capability.
- Stay current with emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continually elevate the organisation's creative output.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a senior graphic design, senior creative, or creative leadership role.
- Extensive agency experience and/or senior brand-side creative leadership experience is essential.
- Proven experience leading creative direction and successfully elevating the quality and consistency of design teams.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing designers.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing high-end branding, digital design, campaign work, and creative leadership is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and preferably After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Strong expertise in brand development, visual identity systems, typography, layout, and creative strategy.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and content designed for web and social platforms, including short-form vertical video.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and design execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines, and thrive within a fast-paced remote environment.
