About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new products and enhancements.
- Analyse customer, market, and operational data to uncover insights and opportunities.
- Support pricing and product performance analysis, including competitor benchmarking.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for technology and operations teams.
- Assist in the development of business cases and product proposals.
- Monitor product KPIs and generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle.
- Prepare monthly reporting for Leadership Team.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product analytics.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in financial services or lending is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with self-employed customer segments is a bonus.
