About the role
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Use Klaviyo to design, segment, and execute email campaigns, flows, and automations
- Develop campaigns that integrate social media and email marketing to boost engagement and conversions
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
- Track performance metrics for both social media and email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Stay updated on social media trends, email marketing best practices, and Klaviyo feature updates
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and social/email ad creatives
- Build and maintain community engagement while driving measurable growth in followers and subscribers
Requirements
- 2.5+ years proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email marketing and automation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Nice to have: experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, graphic design, and SEO
