- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases with Business Analysts and stakeholders
- Execute manual and exploratory testing, record results, and report defects
- Identify, log, and track defects using JIRA and collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to verify fixes
- Maintain documentation of test activities and produce detailed test reports for stakeholders
- Identify process improvements and participate in training to enhance testing skills
