About the role

  • Manage e-commerce operations including product uploads, description updates, and inventory monitoring.
  • Process customer orders accurately while coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone, assisting with inquiries and product selection.
  • Assist with social media marketing efforts following provided SOPs.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling bank statements.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and prompt client invoicing.
  • Support payroll processing and prepare regular financial reports, while ensuring audit and compliance readiness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, retail, customer service, or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace for effective data management.
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms to follow provided SOPs
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
