About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage e-commerce operations including product uploads, description updates, and inventory monitoring.
Process customer orders accurately while coordinating with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery.
Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, or phone, assisting with inquiries and product selection.
Assist with social media marketing efforts following provided SOPs.
Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling bank statements.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely vendor payments and prompt client invoicing.
Support payroll processing and prepare regular financial reports, while ensuring audit and compliance readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, retail, customer service, or bookkeeping roles.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace for effective data management.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms to follow provided SOPs
Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a proactive and collaborative work ethic.
