About the role
- Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for Cisco service contracts and subscriptions
- Proactively track upcoming renewals and engage customers well in advance of expiration dates
- Prepare and deliver renewal quotes in alignment with Cisco Systems pricing and policies
- Work closely with sales teams, account managers, and channel partners to close renewals
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Resolve customer issues related to renewals, pricing discrepancies, or contract terms
- Ensure compliance with Cisco licensing and support policies
- Forecast renewal pipelines and provide regular reporting to management
- Stay updated on Cisco programs, promotions, and lifecycle changes
- Maintain relationships with salespeople and vendors
- Process Quotes, Sales Orders and Purchase Orders timely and accurately
- Coordinate between Sales, Finance and Vendors
Requirements
- Experience in IT sales support, renewals, or contract management (preferably with Cisco products/services)
- Strong understanding of Cisco service offerings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
