About the role

  • Monitor and manage inbound customer emails
  • Screen, categorise, and prioritise enquiries for efficient handling
  • Respond to customer queries in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner
  • Build and maintain accurate customer profiles within CRM systems
  • Capture key customer information to support personalised engagement
  • Segment and categorise customers for improved service and targeting
  • Prepare and send standardised / templated quotes based on predefined pricing structures
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all customer communications
  • Liaise internally for any non-standard requests
  • Coordinate appointments, calls, and follow-ups
  • Manage calendars and booking systems

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in administration, customer service, or customer success roles
  • Strong written English communication (email-first environment)
  • High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and email management tools
