About the role
- Monitor and manage inbound customer emails
- Screen, categorise, and prioritise enquiries for efficient handling
- Respond to customer queries in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner
- Build and maintain accurate customer profiles within CRM systems
- Capture key customer information to support personalised engagement
- Segment and categorise customers for improved service and targeting
- Prepare and send standardised / templated quotes based on predefined pricing structures
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all customer communications
- Liaise internally for any non-standard requests
- Coordinate appointments, calls, and follow-ups
- Manage calendars and booking systems
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in administration, customer service, or customer success roles
- Strong written English communication (email-first environment)
- High attention to detail and process-driven mindset
- Experience with CRM systems and email management tools
