- Own the UI/UX design of Rivlz across iOS and Android (mobile-first experience)
- Design and iterate on user flows, screens, and components in Figma or similar
- Translate product goals into clean, engaging, and functional interface designs
- Work with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Use feedback loops, user testing, and data insights to improve usability and engagement
- Collaborate on the development of design systems and brand visuals
- Ensure designs are accessible, scalable, and consistent with Rivlz’s voice and style
- Contribute to product strategy through design thinking and user empathy
Requirements
- 3+ years experience designing mobile-first consumer applications
- Proficiency in Figma (component systems, auto layout, prototyping)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and UI patterns
- Experience working closely with developers to ship polished designs
- Ability to interpret product goals and user needs into practical design solutions
- Comfort designing across both iOS and Android platforms
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Preferred: Experience in social, community, or gaming platforms
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
- Ability to conduct or interpret user testing and research
- Familiarity with design systems and branding
- Basic understanding of frontend development constraints
- Strong storytelling and communication skills
