Own the UI/UX design of Rivlz across iOS and Android (mobile-first experience)
Design and iterate on user flows, screens, and components in Figma or similar
Translate product goals into clean, engaging, and functional interface designs
Work with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment
Use feedback loops, user testing, and data insights to improve usability and engagement
Collaborate on the development of design systems and brand visuals
Ensure designs are accessible, scalable, and consistent with Rivlz’s voice and style
Contribute to product strategy through design thinking and user empathy

3+ years experience designing mobile-first consumer applications
Proficiency in Figma (component systems, auto layout, prototyping)
Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and UI patterns
Experience working closely with developers to ship polished designs
Ability to interpret product goals and user needs into practical design solutions
Comfort designing across both iOS and Android platforms
Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
Preferred: Experience in social, community, or gaming platforms
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments
Ability to conduct or interpret user testing and research
Familiarity with design systems and branding
Basic understanding of frontend development constraints
Strong storytelling and communication skills
