About the role
- Product Data Collection: Independently source and verify product information, ensuring accuracy, particularly for security products.
- WordPress Management: Perform basic tasks within the WordPress CMS, including content updates and minor adjustments.
- WooCommerce Administration: Add, remove, and maintain products within WooCommerce, ensuring proper functionality of the user and pricing structures.
- Image Manipulation: Format images for website use, ensuring proper size, quality, and format consistency.
- Website Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve website issues, including product display errors, or escalate problems to the appropriate technical support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a web admin CMS
- Experience working with WordPress CMS
- Basic understanding of WooCommerce, including product and pricing management
- Familiarity with sourcing and verifying product data, particularly in the security industry
- Ability to format and manipulate images for web use
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve basic website functionality issues
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
