About the role
- Translate requirements provided by the Business Analyst into user flows, wireframes, and polished UI designs.
- Produce design artifacts including journey maps, information architecture, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Create and maintain process and architecture diagrams using diagramming tools.
- Support and maintain component libraries/design systems using modern design tools.
- Collaborate with the Tech Lead and developers to ensure feasibility, accurate implementation, and design QA.
- Document design rationale, accessibility considerations, and edge cases.
Requirements
- Min 5 years of UI/UX design experience in software or IT environments
- Proficiency with modern design and diagramming tools (Figma/Lucidchart or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design for web and/or mobile applications.
- Working knowledge of UX methods (IA, flows, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing).
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and consistent UI patterns.
- Experience collaborating within agile/scrum teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
