About the role
- Join Outsourcey to support businesses by providing dedicated full-time teams in the Philippines
- Data Entry for Form 6: Accurately enter property and client details into required documentation and systems
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads, listings, and client communications
- Listing Presentation Drafting & Admin: Prepare listing presentations with supporting documentation, images, and marketing details
- Online Postings: Upload and manage property listings across digital platforms
- Appointment Reminders: Send timely reminders and updates for internal and external appointments
- Vendor Follow-Ups: Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely responses and smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 years in a real estate administrative or support role (preferred)
- Strong data entry and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Experience using online listing platforms such as Domain and Realestate.com.au
- Preferred communication channel for work-related phone calls: WhatsApp
