About the role
- Identify and target new B2B clients across Australia
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into active customers
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Sell A4 copy paper (premium, eco, and bulk supply) to:
- Print shops and commercial printers
- Corporate offices and SMEs
- Schools, childcare centres, and institutions
- Office supply resellers
- Present product offerings, pricing, and value propositions
- Negotiate pricing and confidently close deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat orders
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversion rates
- Work closely with operations/logistics to ensure smooth order delivery
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (ESSENTIAL)
- 3–5+ years Business Development / B2B Sales experience
- Strong closing skills with a proven sales track record
- Confident in outbound sales and handling objections
- Experience using CRM systems (GHL, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused
- Highly Regarded Experience selling into the Australian market
- Background in paper, print, office supplies, or FMCG sales
- Existing network of printers, resellers, or corporate buyers
- Knowledge of A4 paper specifications (GSM, CIE, FSC, etc.)
