About the role
- Identify new opportunities in the Australian real estate market
- Generate business opportunities through outbound prospecting
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers
- Build relationships with real estate agencies, property investors, developers, and property managers
- Manage the full sales pipeline from lead to conversion
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Follow up leads and nurture prospects
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 Years Experience in Australian Real Estate
- Strong B2B sales and lead generation experience
- Experience working with Australian real estate businesses
- Cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar)
- Appointment setting and closing ability
- 3–5+ years experience in real estate sales, BDM, or lead generation
- Experience selling services to real estate agencies or property professionals
- Proven track record of generating and converting leads
- Strong understanding of the Australian real estate market
