- Maintain consistent brand voice
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok (if applicable)
- Ensure consistency across all channels
- Manage Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
- Build conversion-focused funnels
- Optimise cost per lead (CPL)
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign refinements
- Track engagement, reach, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROI
- Provide monthly reporting with actionable insights
- Optimise campaigns based on performance data
- Manage comments and inbox professionally
- Monitor brand reputation
- Engage with local audiences and relevant communities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Australian-based social media accounts (ESSENTIAL)
- Strong understanding of Australian consumer behaviour
- Experience using Meta Business Suite
- Hands-on paid ads management experience
- Canva or Adobe Suite proficiency
- Strong copywriting skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience in construction industry (Highly Regarded)
- Lead generation campaign experience
- Basic video editing skills
