About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handling contract documentation, overseeing the DocuSign mailbox
- Maintaining the sales operations database, organizing documentation in Google Drive
- Collaborating with members, solicitors, and internal teams to facilitate contract review and signing processes
- Email management and overview of multiple email accounts
- Issuing contracts for signing via DocuSign and providing soft copies of contracts to relevant parties
- Database management about sales operations pipeline and maintaining relevant documentation in GDrive folders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in DocuSign and Google Drive
- Familiarity with email management and sales operations
- Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
- Willingness to undergo a background check
