About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and assist the valuation team to produce a comparable sales report for different types of residential properties in AUS
Gather comparable samples depending on the required residential dwelling type and collate statistics such as macro and microeconomic and infrastructure data
Prepare a high-level summary and preliminary analysis to identify the market value of a specific product type in a certain location and generate market insights for projects
Maintain the valuation database, ensure completion of property deal-related data and expedite the preparation process for quarterly market valuation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with the Australian property market and valuation standards
BCS degree in RE management, property economics, valuation, or relevant fields
Prior experience in property valuation or related fields is preferred
Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel/PPT or Google Sheets/Presentation
Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift
Willingness to undergo a background check
