About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant, you'll be matched with a dedicated client (we call them Founders) and provide marketing and admin support to help grow their business.
You’ll work on tasks such as:
Managing and scheduling social media content
Setting up email marketing automations
Creating landing pages and marketing funnels
Designing digital assets like PDFs, course materials, and presentations
Supporting CRM management, inbox, and calendar tasks
Full training is provided

Requirements

What you’ll need

Are fluent in English (written and spoken)
With at least 1 year of work experience from any industry
Are tech-savvy and comfortable with Canva, Google Suite, and social platforms
Have excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Are disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Have a reliable WFH setup with backup internet and power
Are based in the Philippines and available for night shift work
