Assist in managing and supporting third-party accounts (Amazon Seller/Vendor, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Overstock, eBay);Ensure smooth operations and strong vendor relationships;Optimize ads and conduct market/competitor research;Maintain high-quality product listings, including descriptions, titles, bullet points, meta tags, and images;Create product images to accurately illustrate listing descriptions;Enhance customer experience, reduce returns, and drive conversions;Track and analyze product performance metrics (ASIN data, rankings, ratings, reviews, returns);Run monthly and ad-hoc reports;Manage all social media channels for the companys two brands;Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across all company social media platforms;Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions;Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions;Ensure brand voice, values, and messaging are consistent across all social media activity;Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback;Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to improve future campaigns;Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Retail, and E-commerce) to align social media efforts with overall business goals;Maintain daily inventory updates across all channels;Submit inventory reports daily;Support vendor communication to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.
Requirements
1 to 2 years of prior experience in digital marketing or e-commerce;Marketing degree or equivalent;At least 1 year of direct experience with Amazon Seller or similar marketplaces (preferred);Hands-on experience creating and optimizing product listings, images, and customer experiences;Experience listing products on platforms such as Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Amazon, etc.;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Creating reports, pivot table, YOY comparison data, data analyzes, bulk editing, listing templates);Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Creative thinker with a sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and adaptability;Self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team;Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with minimal supervision;Positive, can-do attitude with a growth mindset;Experience with social media management;Basic image & video editing skills;Knowledge of e-commerce platforms;Adobe Photoshop skills (preferred);Knowledge of Acumatica (a plus);Prior experience in e-commerce operations;Familiarity with content strategy and digital marketing best practices;Ability to create engaging video content;Experience working in a small, collaborative team environment.
