About the role
- Be the first point of contact for new inquiries responding within 60 seconds.
- Manage outbound calls and daily follow-up rounds converting leads into opportunities.
- Schedule appointments and manage the CRM to ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
- Provide vital data and maintain clear communication through CRM text monitoring.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or sales support
- Natural ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Attention to detail for data integrity in CRM
- Ready to manage a non-traditional schedule
- Comfortable navigating CRM systems like JobNimbus
- High-speed internet connection and reliable workspace.
