About the role

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator responsible for managing email marketing and handling automation workflows.
  • Lead the creation of marketing collateral to establish thought leadership, including social media posts, case studies, and blog content.
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs to optimize spend and strategy and collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills suitable for high-level B2B consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex data.
  • Expert tech proficiency and mastery of HubSpot (Marketing and CRM), Google Workspace, and project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com.
  • Secured and dedicated home work set-up with high-speed internet, laptop with at least 16GB RAM, an external monitor, and a reliable VPN for secure system access.
