Key responsibilities & impact

Drive multiphase software and hardware customer implementations effectively.
Steer financial aspects of software and hardware implementation projects.
Manage several customer engagements concurrently (2 to 5 customers).
Manage sub-contractors responsible for hardware, electrical and other wiring Installations.
Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.
Support technical teams to analyze and resolve technical issues during implementation.
Conduct weekly status meetings with customers to review progress.
Ensure the implementation is a success before transitioning to customer success team.
Identify stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio to support new sales opportunities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Engineering or Business).
7+ years of experience.
2+ years with practical experience in a Technical role - Computer Science, Network, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment.
3-5+ years of Project management with multi disciplinary teams.
3+ years of managing Electrical sub-contractors and other wiring Installation Sub-Contractors.
Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 - Good to have but not mandatory.
Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work with minimal support.
Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.
