About the role

  • Lead the roadmap for our Advanced Analytics & Forecasting modules.
  • You will define how we use historical data to provide actionable insights that prevent bottlenecks before they happen.
  • Refine the user interface for non-technical staff (Security Guards, Terminal Managers etc.). Dashboards must be legible at a glance during high-stress operational peaks.
  • Identify key capabilities that turn a "Nice to Have" tool into a "Critical Dependency" in customers workflow. You will work closely with Account Management to ensure our product evolves with the changing needs of our Tier-1 Enterprise clients.
  • Enterprise discovery: Conduct regular deep-dive sessions with Airport Operations Directors to understand their evolving KPIs.
  • Prioritization: Balance specific requests from Tier-1 clients with the long-term vision of the product platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management, preferably dealing with Enterprise/Key Accounts.
  • Data-Driven: You are comfortable working with Analytics, BI tools, and defining complex KPIs.
  • Empathetic: You can put yourself in the shoes of a stressed operations manager and design a workflow that helps them.
  • Structured: You know how to manage a roadmap that is under constant pressure from high-value customers.
