About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own visual design for marketing campaigns, landing pages, social content, email, and events.
  • Be the day-to-day creative partner for the marketing team - turning briefs into polished, on-brand assets fast.
  • Maintain and evolve the Outset brand system across all marketing touch points.
  • Design pitch decks, sales collateral, and customer-facing materials.
  • Collaborate with content and demand gen on creative direction for paid and organic channels.
  • Support product launches and feature announcements with marketing creative.
  • Contribute to the visual language of new product launches and feature announcements.
  • Work with product design for cohesive brand vision across all touch points.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of brand or graphic design experience, ideally with a strong marketing portfolio.
  • Startup experience owning projects 0-1.
  • Proven ability to move quickly and produce high-quality assets across digital, print, and social formats.
  • Experience in Figma; building with AI tools.
  • Experience in web development basics, with the assistance of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.).
  • Proficiency in updating and maintaining marketing website infrastructure.
  • Strong eye for typography, hierarchy, and layout — you sweat the details.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.
  • Motion design or video editing (After Effects, Lottie).
  • Experience building or maintaining a brand/design system.
