About the role
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise stakeholders, including senior executives and decision-makers.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate the value proposition of Outset’s AI-powered research platform.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine sales processes, identify market opportunities, and drive strategic growth.
- Exceed revenue goals by identifying, nurturing, and closing enterprise opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to ensure customer alignment and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven track record successfully selling complex SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated success navigating enterprise sales cycles, managing negotiations, and closing significant deals.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior-level decision-makers and executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex products clearly.
- Self-starter mentality, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bonus: Experience selling SaaS products within similar or adjacent industries (research, analytics, AI).
