About the role
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
- Own product messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation across channels.
- Conduct market research and customer insights work to uncover needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
- Create enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, playbooks) to arm Sales and Customer Success with clear, effective messaging to drive pipeline and customer adoption.
- Partner closely with content to ensure our product marketing and content marketing strategies are aligned–and jump into create content where needed.
- Partner closely with growth to create content and messaging for email drip campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Ensure customers are a key part of all of our content, and create customer-specific content to support sales.
- Deeply understand the competitive landscape and rigorously train the team on our differentiators + how to competitively sell / inform product decisions to differentiate further.
- Implement modern tools, AI, and workflows for product, ecosystem, campaign, and content marketing, including demos, videos, resources, etc.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven success managing full-cycle product launches or go-to-market initiatives.
- Strong understanding of buyer journeys, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Highly collaborative and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with and/or ability to quickly learn these tools for competitive intelligence, content creation/video, sales enablement, design, etc.
