About the role
- Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from shaping vision and strategy to shipping features and measuring outcomes.
- Work directly with Outset’s founders to define priorities, refine our roadmap, and make the tough tradeoffs that matter most.
- Partner with design and engineering to deliver products that delight customers and scale with speed.
- Collaborate with research and design leaders at some of the world’s biggest brands, ensuring our product meets the needs of the most forward-thinking teams.
- Translate customer insights into action, balancing bold bets with quick iterations that move the needle.
- Champion the customer perspective across the company, keeping us anchored on solving the right problems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in startups or fast-moving environments where you wore many hats.
- Strong product sense — you see around corners, anticipate second-order effects, and know how to prioritize for impact.
- Proven ability to drive execution, with a track record of shipping products that solved real problems and scaled.
- Clear, concise communicator who can explain tradeoffs, rally teams, and build alignment across stakeholders.
- Bias for action — you don’t wait for perfect clarity; you create it and move forward.
- Bonus: Experience with user research, analytics, or AI-driven products.
