About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Design, Product and Engineering to define problems, map user journeys, and craft experiences that drive business impact.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for new and existing features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure designs are user-centered and data-informed.
- Collaborate in design critiques and contribute to a consistent, accessible design system.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience designing digital products (startup or SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar).
- Experience collaborating in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills — able to present design decisions clearly.
- A growth mindset and willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn quickly.
- Experience with motion design, illustration, or design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Familiarity with pushing code (primarily frontend), and using AI coding tools, like Claude Code or Cursor, to speed up design prototyping and test hypotheses.
