About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer
- Manage executive calendars, travel, and communications across multiple global time zones
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes; track action items
- Communicate on behalf of engineering, product, security, and technical support teams with internal and external stakeholders
- Support C-level leaders and tenured teams with business rhythms and events
- Execute special projects and project-manage events with cross-functional teams
- Anticipate leaders' needs, streamline workflows, and identify improvement opportunities
- Triage incoming issues, assess urgency, and determine appropriate action with executive staff and other executive assistants
- Maintain records, confidential files, and CRM data
- Process and reconcile expenses accurately
- Prioritize conflicting needs and ensure proactive follow-through
- Build strong relationships with executive staff and peers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- At least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, urgency, anticipation, and follow-through
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior organizational aptitude and attention to detail with flexibility
- Tech savvy and curious about the technology industry
- Proficient in Gmail/Google Suite
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Engineering and Product strongly preferred
