Requirements

3+ years of managing software engineering teams
10+ years of software development experience on backend, large scale distributed systems
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, AI-based testing tools, and automation frameworks used in modern software engineering.
Familiarity with modern AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, model evaluation, and AI-assisted development tools.
Strong knowledge of development workflows including planning, coding, testing, CI/CD, and deployment.
Experience with modern cloud environments and AI infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Understanding of how to connect AI systems with enterprise data sources (documentation systems, code repositories, ticketing systems).
Ability to identify opportunities where AI can accelerate development processes.
Knowledge of responsible AI usage, data privacy, and model governance in enterprise environments.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, and operations teams.
Defining and executing a roadmap for integrating AI across the development lifecycle.
Translating complex AI capabilities into practical benefits for leadership and engineering teams.
Strong problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills
Experience as a manager or Lead Engineer/ Technical Lead on a team that delivers automation frameworks
Demonstrated success owning and delivering on ambiguous problem statements from start to finish
Strong growth mindset and earned trust with team and cross functional partners
You understand which details are important and have the ability to prioritize incremental delivery
