About the role
- Execute Growth Initiatives – Support the rollout and ongoing management of expansion and cross-sell processes in Enterprise/Global accounts
- Deploy AI Agents – Support rollout of AI Agents and automation strategies to streamline forecasting, account insights, and expansion workflows
- Analytics & Reporting – Deliver dashboards and insights that surface whitespace, track growth pipeline, and highlight expansion performance in real time
- Pipeline & Forecasting Support – Partner with Sales Ops to run AI-assisted forecasting cadences, flag pipeline risks, and improve accuracy
- Project Management – Manage execution of growth initiatives end-to-end, coordinating across GTM teams and keeping deliverables on track
- Workflow Optimization – Spot inefficiencies in expansion processes and support improvements using automation, AI, and data enrichment
- Playbook & Resource Maintenance – Maintain expansion playbooks, templates, and operational content powered by AI-driven insights
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related role (Enterprise/Global experience a plus)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize and track cross-functional initiatives, experience with Asana preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and reporting tools; comfort working with expansion pipeline and forecasting processes
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills; experience with BI or AI analytics tools is a plus
- Experience working with AI solutions (ex. predictive analytics, workflow automation, conversational AI) preferred
- Experience with data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders and initiatives simultaneously
