About the role

  • Define content strategy per client. What topics, which subreddits, what angle, what voice
  • Own the full customer relationship: onboarding, weekly reporting and optimization
  • Review SERP and AI visibility data and turn it into actionable next steps
  • Create the playbook our content team executes against: brand voice, talking points, engagement rules

Requirements

  • Deep Reddit knowledge. You understand how communities work, what gets traction and what gets removed
  • Working knowledge of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization). You can read a visibility report and know what to do with it
  • Proven B2B account management experience, ideally in an agency setting
  • Based in North America
