About the role

  • Structuring and formalizing IT Governance processes, including policies, standards and procedures
  • Supporting the implementation and evolution of management practices (ITIL, COBIT or similar)
  • Organizing and monitoring IT area indicators, SLAs and KPIs
  • Supporting demand management, prioritization and governance of the project portfolio
  • Supporting vendor and IT contract governance
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and efforts to increase process maturity
  • Supporting documentation and standardization of workflows and internal controls

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT Governance
  • Experience structuring and formalizing processes, policies and procedures
  • Experience with governance and management frameworks (ITIL, COBIT or similar)
  • Experience defining and monitoring indicators, SLAs and KPIs
  • Experience in demand management and project portfolio governance
  • Experience managing vendors and IT contracts
  • Analytical skills, organization and a structured process-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication and ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels of the organization
