About the role

  • Implement security measures (tools/flows).
  • Ensure compliance with the information security policy.
  • Deliver training and promote information security awareness.
  • Ensure the implementation of measures that protect the company's information using the available tools, proposing solutions and action plans.
  • Identify information security threats and risks, applying remediation and corrective actions to ensure the security of data and assets.
  • Monitor and control processes to verify they comply with information security measures and policies.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze metrics related to information security.
  • Develop and implement information security rules.
  • Manage, review, and approve employee access.
  • Manage vulnerabilities and information security incidents, as well as the management of IT vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related areas.
  • Postgraduate degree in Information Security.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in infrastructure and security activities.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft, Linux, AWS, ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
  • Experience with security services and tools (Firewall, VPN, WAF, Proxy, SIEM, IDS, IPS, CDN, Encryption, and Vulnerability Scanners).
  • Experience with Cloud Computing, Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with Office 365.
  • Knowledge of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
  • Knowledge of security standards ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
  • Preferred knowledge of best-practice frameworks such as SANS, NIST and OWASP.
  • Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux).
  • Knowledge of IT asset management tools such as Intune.
  • Knowledge of network protocols.
  • Advanced English is desirable.
