About the role

  • Collect data from multiple sources, clean and transform raw data, and prepare it for analysis and modeling.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines to efficiently process and transform data.
  • Prepare reports for business areas, contributing strategically to decision-making.
  • Test data quality and identify and resolve issues related to data collection, processing, and storage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of data engineering, data processing, and databases.
  • Technical English for reading and writing.
  • Knowledge of databases and SQL to perform queries during projects.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (Python, Java, or Scala).
  • Ability to create data processing pipelines and develop machine learning models.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with automation and provisioning tools.
  • Advantage: experience with tools for data analysis, storage, and processing, such as AWS Glue, Apache Airflow, Databricks, AWS Athena, AWS Redshift, and Amazon S3.
