• Champion user-centric thinking and influence product direction, prioritization, and long-term roadmap decisions.
• Lead discovery and user research initiatives that uncover deep insights and reveal strategic opportunities.
• Design and synthesize complex research insights to shape product direction and address usability challenges.
• Create user journeys, information architectures, system flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that define the next generation of Xeneta’s experience.
• Simplify complexities around data visualisation, helping our users get actionable insights seamlessly.
• Create next-generation experiences by applying expertise in Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Data Visualisation to develop compelling product experiences.
• Produce design outputs that foster clarity and alignment across product managers, engineers, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Drive design decisions using a combination of qualitative research, customer interviews, and user metrics.
• Drive the full end-to-end design process—from exploration to delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and feedback to other designers, elevating overall team quality and process maturity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts, and leadership to ensure cohesive, high-impact outcomes.
• Bring structure to ambiguous problems and proactively identify opportunities to improve the product and customer experience.
