About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design engaging social media graphics and campaign assets.
Create brochures, flyers, signage, business cards, banners and other print materials.
Develop branding assets and visual identities.
Produce digital marketing creatives including Google Display Ads, Meta Ads and email graphics.
Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
Design modern, responsive website layouts in Figma.
Create wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes.
Work closely with our website developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Design landing pages focused on user experience and conversions.
Continually improve website usability and accessibility.
Work alongside our marketing team on campaign concepts.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Present design concepts and revisions to internal stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and web design work.
Advanced knowledge of Figma.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud including: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and branding.
Experience designing for social media platforms.
Knowledge of print production requirements.
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience designing websites for WordPress (Desirable).
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS (Desirable).
Experience creating marketing assets for Google Ads and Meta campaigns (Desirable).
Motion graphics or animation experience (After Effects) is advantageous (Desirable).
Photography or videography skills are a bonus (Desirable).
