About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations ERP system to enhance business operations.
- Identify, analyze, resolve, and document complex system-related problems with system users.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required to effectively perform the duties of this role.
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in supporting, managing, or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP system.
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, Project Management in Accounting, and Tax processing.
- Strong proficiency in system configuration, customization, and data management within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
