• Run the sales cycle: Manage inbound leads from qualification through demo, negotiation, and close
• Run product demos: Showcase OuterSignal's platform to eCommerce brands, demonstrating how customer intelligence drives reactivation, segmentation, and revenue growth
• Build relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to DTC brand operators, understanding their business challenges and positioning OuterSignal as the solution
• Hit your numbers: Meet monthly revenue quotas and drive consistent pipeline growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our customer success, product, and marketing teams to ensure prospects become successful customers
• Become a product expert: Develop deep knowledge of OuterSignal's platform and the broader eCommerce tech stack
• Influence product direction: Share customer insights and feedback that shape our product roadmap

Customer Success Manager

• Own end-to-end onboarding - Lead new brand implementations from kickoff through full activation, ensuring seamless integration and training
• Write onboarding and success playbooks - Build and constantly refine the library of use cases and playbooks that brands can employ to win with OuterSignal
• Develop custom playbooks - Work with each brand to map OuterSignal's insights to their specific use cases
• Train and enable brand teams - Conduct working sessions with founders, marketing, and retention teams so they actually implement winning strategies using OuterSignal data
• Monitor brand health and adoption - Proactively track usage patterns and intervene when brands are underutilizing or struggling
• Resolve customer issues - Serve as first point of contact for questions, troubleshooting, and support escalations
• Drive value realization - Ensure brands see measurable ROI by helping them connect OuterSignal insights to real business outcomes
• Feed product insights internally - Act as voice of the customer, surfacing feature requests and friction points to the team

Founding Team Customer Success Strategist

Growth Marketing

• Own the full demand gen engine for the Shopify ecosystem: paid, organic, affiliates, partnerships, cold outbound
• 10X+ our customer count (we have hundreds of customers but will have thousands in 12 months or less thanks to you!)
• Deploy a $1M+ annual growth budget across channels that actually convert
• Run paid acquisition across LinkedIn and Meta; know when to scale and when to cut
• Build and manage our affiliate program (agencies, consultants, tech partners)
• Oversee our outbound and cold email strategy
• Work directly with Founders on channel strategy, messaging, and market positioning
• Hire and scale the growth team as we hit milestones

Head of Growth

• Guide new customers through implementation, ensuring they're set up for success within their first 30 days
• Build and refine onboarding workflows that move customers from setup to activation quickly
• Create resources and documentation that help customers self-serve and unlock value independently
• Proactively monitor customer health metrics and intervene when engagement drops
• Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their goals and ensure they're achieving outcomes
• Identify expansion opportunities and work with customers to adopt new features or upgrade plans
• Synthesize customer feedback from calls, tickets, and usage data into clear product recommendations
• Serve as the internal voice of the customer, helping prioritize features that drive retention and satisfaction
• Partner with the founding team to test new use cases and translate them into customer-facing materials
• Develop case studies, best practices, and use case guides that help customers get more from OuterSignal
• Host webinars, office hours, or training sessions that showcase advanced platform capabilities
• Build a knowledge base of common questions, troubleshooting steps, and configuration guides

Head of Customer Success

Full-stack Engineer

• Architect and own core systems that process millions of orders across APIs and LLM pipelines
• Build queue-based microservices using Redis, Node.js, Typescript, Postgres, Docker/K8s, Vercel
• Integrate vector databases + RAG pipelines to make customer profiles smarter, faster, and searchable in real time
• Ship features end-to-end: APIs, dashboards, integrations (Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, Zapier, Gorgias)
• Keep us ahead on privacy & compliance
• Work directly with Founding Team on roadmap, product direction, and hiring future engineers
