About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand with great detail how we’re performing against client contracts, diagnose for performance barriers and develop action plans to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans.
- Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients.
- Collaborate with account management teams to support their conversations with clients.
