About the role
- Define and document the backstory and personality for various political personas
- Establish a distinct voice for each profile, including vocabulary and argumentation style
- Collaborate to translate persona profiles into effective system prompts
- Create conversational scripts and example dialogues reflecting each persona's worldview
- Research real-world American political figures and movements
- Work with developers and designers to ensure cohesive product experience
- Iterate on persona content based on user engagement data
Requirements
- Passionate about Political Script Writing or Political Humor
- Creative writing skills and ability to “think outside the box”
- Ability to work remotely and on their own schedule in order to make deadlines
- Must be authorized to intern in the U.S.
- Sense of humor
- Ability to attend weekly company-wide meetings
- Ability to attend weekly IT/Script Writing Team meetings
