Digital Content & Engagement Specialist
Our Daily Bread MinistriesDigital Content & Engagement Specialist supporting digital engagement by executing content experiences across various platforms. Focused on Bible engagement and personalized digital experiences.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply, maintain, and audit content tagging across Optimizely CMS, Optimizely Data Platform (ODP), and DAM to support personalization, discoverability, and reporting.
- Manage tagging for multimedia content across Wistia (video) and Transistor (podcasts).
- Audit and update existing content to ensure tagging accuracy and alignment with engagement initiatives.
- Build, implement, and maintain Bible engagement journeys, including audience segmentation and personalized content delivery.
- Test and validate engagement journeys to ensure proper logic, content flow, and user experience.
- Support spiritual journey assessment tools through testing, updates, and integration with content experiences.
- Maintain and support Artos Academy content, including course updates, landing pages, and user flows.
- Upload and format website and app content using Optimizely CMS, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and usability.
- Create and maintain landing pages using provided designs and content.
- Support content execution across additional digital platforms as assigned.
- Conduct QA reviews to ensure content accuracy, functionality, and consistency across platforms.
- Troubleshoot content, tagging, and engagement‑journey issues.
- Report on content and journey performance across platforms.
- Run basic SEO and performance analysis to identify content gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with the Digital Marketing Content Manager and cross‑functional team members to support engagement strategies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, content management, communications, web or graphic design, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- One to three years of professional experience in digital content management, CMS administration, or digital marketing required.
- Experience with CMS platforms (Optimizely preferred).
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required.
- Experience with customer data platforms (ODP/CDP) and digital asset management systems preferred.
- Familiarity with video and podcast platforms such as Wistia and Transistor preferred.
- Understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
- Comfortable locating, validating, and managing information across multiple digital systems.
- A mature Christian faith with a passion for global Bible engagement and discipleship.
