About the role

  • Manage the US Accounts Payable ledger for the US and Canada businesses
  • Oversee the US Accounts Payable team to process and pay supplier invoices
  • Partner with business associates to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Ensure invoices are processed and paid in a timely and accurate manner
  • Approve and ensure the accuracy of vendor account setup and maintenance
  • Drive efficiency and productivity by assigning work based on metrics
  • Develop team members to assist OUP associates clearing invoices on hold
  • Research billing discrepancies in a timely manner

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • 3-5 years working in a management function
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and workload management skills
  • Focus on accuracy and detail
  • Business partnering and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with vendors and associates
  • Experience using SAP preferred but not essential.
