About the role
- Develop and execute market-specific strategies
- Own all pre-launch deliverables for the NC market
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage local field marketer(s) and brand ambassador(s)
- Execute and manage high-stakes relationships with local hospitals and health systems
- Build local brand equity through strategic community partnerships and grassroots engagement
- Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and manage regional budgets
- Own regional marketing metrics and performance data
- Lead regional event planning and execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing
- Proven experience hiring and managing distributed field teams
- Ability to travel frequently to expansion markets – specifically North Carolina
- Experience managing complex partnerships, ideally with health systems, hospitals, or community-based organizations
- Exceptional skills in event planning and execution
