About the role

  • Develop and execute market-specific strategies
  • Own all pre-launch deliverables for the NC market
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage local field marketer(s) and brand ambassador(s)
  • Execute and manage high-stakes relationships with local hospitals and health systems
  • Build local brand equity through strategic community partnerships and grassroots engagement
  • Plan and execute localized marketing campaigns and manage regional budgets
  • Own regional marketing metrics and performance data
  • Lead regional event planning and execution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing
  • Proven experience hiring and managing distributed field teams
  • Ability to travel frequently to expansion markets – specifically North Carolina
  • Experience managing complex partnerships, ideally with health systems, hospitals, or community-based organizations
  • Exceptional skills in event planning and execution
